In this episode, I spoke with Gavin McClean who is a sport scientist and running coach based In the UK. Running has become even more popular over the past year because of the closure of gyms around the world so I wanted to ask Gavin about some of the factors to consider when starting your running journey. 

Having completed my first marathon last month and looking to improve my own running times I also wanted to get some advice from Gavin on how I can make my training more efficient.
